4. Eligibility and Registration

  4. Your account access will be terminated

Alternatively, you can delete your account directly from EverDeals.in (see Section 16).

4.4 Affiliate Program Compliance and Marketing Restrictions

When we participate in affiliate programs, to protect the integrity of those relationships and comply with partner network policies, registered users (Members) MUST adhere to the following restrictions:

4.4.1 Prohibited Marketing Activities

Members are NOT permitted to:

  • ❌ Run paid advertisements on any search engine, social media, or advertising platform that point to EverDeals.in or use EverDeals.in branding without our explicit prior written authorization
  • ❌ Bid on EverDeals.in branded keywords in search engine marketing campaigns
  • ❌ Use the EverDeals.in name in domain names, subdomains, or URL paths for promotional purposes
  • ❌ Create unauthorized affiliate or referral campaigns using our brand
  • ❌ Imitate EverDeals.in in any advertising material
  • ❌ Run ads that may interfere with our affiliate tracking systems
  • ❌ Use cloaking techniques to disguise the destination as EverDeals.in

4.4.2 Why These Restrictions Exist

These restrictions exist to:

4.5 Account Security

Since EverDeals.in uses Google OAuth for authentication, your account security is closely tied to your Google account security.

  • ❌ Accessing the Platform during scheduled maintenance

5.2 Account Usage Restrictions

Bona Fide Personal Use: You shall use the Platform only for bona fide personal purposes. You shall NOT use EverDeals.in to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF AGOGMINDS LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS IN CONNECTION WITH ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM, SERVICES, OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED INDIAN RUPEES ONE THOUSAND (₹1,000) OR THE EQUIVALENT IN US DOLLARS.

This amount shall be in lieu of all other remedies you may have against us.

We shall NOT be liable for:

  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Loss of anticipated savings
  • Loss of goodwill
  • Loss of data or information

Consequential Damages:

  • Damages from third-party actions
  • Damages from merchant transactions
  • Damages from service interruptions
  • Damages from data breaches by third parties
  • Damages from force majeure events

13.3 Statutory Rights

Nothing in this clause limits liability for:

Any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services must be filed within ONE (1) YEAR after the cause of action arises, or such claim is permanently barred.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AgogMinds LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information to the Grievance Officer may result in suspension or termination of your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including without limitation:

For disputes between EverDeals.in and you exceeding ₹50,000:
